What information I need and why
I need to know your personal data for the purpose of contacting you with further information about 5by5Tutoring, for Safeguarding and for internal processing. I will not collect any personal data from you that I do not need in order to do this.
What I do with your data
5by5Tutoring is the Data Controller of the personal data that you provide to me and all personal data is processed by me. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. I have policies in place to oversee and secure the processing of your personal data.
How long I keep your data
The data you provide will be deleted once you are no longer associated with 5by5Tutoring unless required to be kept under UK law.
What are your rights
If you believe the data I hold concerning you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled, please email info@5by5tutoring.co.uk
